I’m sure we all have vague scripts for how we want things to happen under different circumstances, but now that we’ve read the literature and become more familiar with the issues surrounding this topic, I’d like you to create your own end of life plan and share it with the person that would be the decision maker should it need to be carried out. Write out your plan and include your reasons why you’ve made the decisions you have. Have a conversation with said person about it. Reflect on the conversation and report back here.
